ODOR CONTROL CO.'S WINDSCENTtm SLEEVE A delivery system for odor neutralizing granules. Each 3" x 3' sleeve holds a pound of granules. The sleeve is filled from the top and hangs from the metal grommet about 6 - 7 feet from ground level around the source of the odor about 8 - 10 feet apart from each other. Sleeves can be used indoors or out.Our new sleeves are made from a more durable and porous material that creates better airflow and improves the effectiveness of odor neutralizing granules. The sleeve lasts longer in all kinds of inclement weather. Packaged in quantities from one sleeve to as many as needed.
