GOLF COURSE & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
A customer cuts grass for a golf course and hauls the
trimmings to a landfill. He adds granules
(10160G) to the green waste to control odors. The customer has
described the granules as working great and fine. He went from
buying 25 pounds to 100 pounds at time to reap the benefit of
cost savings. COST: $635/year
A golf course suffered the deaths of fish in a 2 acre lake.
The odor was intense. They sprayed our
10411WS around the lake until they were able to return the
lake to its healthy state. Our contact at the golf course said
they used the product and it worked. The stop gap solution cost
$170.00.
Odors from an oil and water separator prompted a golf course
to contact us. He uses our product 10411WS
to combat the odors. At first he had trouble determining a
dilution rate but once that problem was solved he now repeatedly
tells us the product, "works great," it "does the job." He also
reports that he uses the product "sparingly" and "uses little,"
and he is "glad to hear the shelf life is long." Cost: less than
$100/year
A grounds maintenance specialist works with a urea based
nitrogen fertilizer that leaves a slight ammonia odor. He
dilutes 3 ounces of our 10189WS into
600 gallons of water and spray the solution to treat the odors.
Cost: $500/year
A golf course resort treats their water. Housing developers
decided to build homes near the water treatment pond prompting
the resort to quickly treat any emitting odors. They use our
#401 nozzles to spray the
odor neutralizing 10410WS in order to
treat the odors for their neighbors. They add our
bio-modifiers to the pond’s water
to reduce the odor causing solids. This new customer has
reported to us that we provide "exceptionally good service and
products." Too new to project an annual cost but initial cost
was $2925.00.
